There's a few different songs with that same title, but I think this track is most likely the title reference.
The first performance of "The Happy Meals" has concluded, but their night isn't over quite yet. After an alcohol-related mishap, Anzu turns to a certain crowd member to get her way back home.
The next day, after a surprisingly uneventful moment with her mom, Anzu checks back in with Shunpei about their next move as a band.
