All of the operatives' names correspond to numbers or a certain reading of their communication code.
It's probably difficult for those who can't fully understand them, so here's a key for the Beppan operatives' communication codes:

Interesting that Nana's code is "Double-O Seven", but I guess it makes sense given that she's the main character.
The chapter opens with a flashback to Ivan being called by a person named "Alyona" after "decimating the Special Forces Unit that raided his New York hideout", as Rei puts it. It's always fun typesetting foreign languages in manga like they do here and in "Designs" by Daisuke Igarashi.
Do keep in mind that I don't speak Russian and the translated text below it is based off Japanese translation of the line in the raw, so it might be inaccurate.
It looks like we'll be seeing some gunfighting between Ivan and the Beppan operatives, then a fight between him and Hachi.
